VFW Day Of Service

The Cheyenne Mountain VFW Post 3917 is hosting a community service event on Saturday May 24th starting at 8 AM in conjunction with the VFW's month-long focus devoted to service projects around the country. We are inviting VFW, VFW Auxiliary and our community to help out with two flag projects. The first is to respectfully destroy worn flags that we have gathered at the Post. This will include a retirement ceremony. The second project is placing flags at the graves of our deceased members at Evergreen and Memorial Gardens cemeteries.
